02Are these official production-version CPUs?+
Production-version requirements are checked against the requested model and written quotation. Ask us to confirm this requirement for each line before PI.
03Do you supply ES or QS CPUs?+
If ES or QS parts are not acceptable, state this in the RFQ. We confirm the requested version and condition for each quoted line before PI.
04Can I request photos before payment?+
Buyer-requested product, label or packing photos can be discussed where available. The evidence scope is confirmed for the specific order.
05What is the MOQ?+
MOQ depends on the model, current sourcing option and mixed-list requirements. Send the required quantity for confirmation.
06Can I upload an Excel procurement list?+
Yes. The RFQ form accepts CSV, XLSX, XLS, PDF and common image formats, subject to the displayed file limits.
07How is compatibility confirmed?+
Share the server or workstation model, socket, CPU generation and BIOS context. Compatibility remains the buyer's platform-specific responsibility and is reviewed before quotation where possible.
08How are CPUs packed?+
CPUs are handled with protective trays or anti-static materials as appropriate. Final packing depends on model, quantity and shipping route.
09What does DOA support cover?+
DOA scope and time period are order-specific and must be written in the quotation or PI. This page does not create a blanket warranty promise.
10Can CPU, RAM and storage be quoted together?+
Yes. You can attach a mixed procurement list. Each product category, condition and compatibility requirement is confirmed separately.
