01 / INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Model and quantity verification
Model markings and requested quantities are checked against the RFQ before inspection and packing begin.
02 / INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Visual inspection
Top condition, carrier condition, contact areas, connectors, latches and visible handling marks are reviewed according to product type.
03 / INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Basic function testing where applicable
The test scope depends on the component. Requirements are discussed before PI so the buyer understands what can be confirmed.
04 / INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Part-number and specification confirmation
Capacity, interface, firmware, wattage, bracket, cable and platform details are matched to the buyer’s request before quotation.

Final checking scope depends on product type, order details and the evidence agreed before PI.

Part number, chipset/model, connector type, bracket type, firmware requirement and matching server platform.
04 / PSU / Fan / Heatsink
Wattage, airflow direction, physical condition, latch/connector condition and server model compatibility.
05 / Riser / Backplane / Cable
Exact part number, slot/backplane configuration, connector condition, cable length/type and photos if available.
06 / Motherboards
Board model, socket/platform, visible component condition, accessory requirements and compatible CPU/memory discussion.
