01Do you provide real photos before shipment?
Yes. Real product photos or representative batch photos can be provided before PI or shipment depending on product type and order quantity.
02Can I buy small quantity?
Yes. Small MOQ is accepted for many server CPU and spare-parts orders. Some products may require bulk quotation.
03Do you support bulk quotation?
Yes. Send model number, part number, quantity, target condition and destination country for bulk quotation.
04Are the parts new, used or refurbished?
Products can be used tested, refurbished, new pull, open box or compatible new. The condition is confirmed before order.
05How do you handle warranty?
Warranty and DOA support depend on product type and quotation terms. Confirm warranty scope before PI and shipment.
